SACBO SpA has prepared the following documents for the electronic management of subcontracting requirements for contracts in progress:
- Mod. 1- Contractor Statement required subcontracting
- Mod. 2- Contractor Statement sub communication reliance
- Mod. 3- Declaration of subcustodial
- Mod. 3la - Declaration of subcustodial self-employed worker
The documents, including attachments, must be digitally signed and sent to SACBO by certified e-mail address infrastrutture@pec.sacbo.it
