This section, called "Transparent Company", is structured in compliance with the law and contains, as applicable to the company, the data, information and documents to be published and classified in compliance with Legislative Decree 33/2013 and the ANAC resolution n. 1134/2017. Sacbo, as an airport manager, falls into the category of private law entities which exercise the management of public services, and being owned by Public Administrations, it is subject to transparency obligations as compatible with its legal nature and its activity, in in any case limited to the activity of public interest governed by national or European Union law.
