Timescale for reaching the airport

A PRM who reaches the check-in desk independently must arrive:

  • At the time specified and scheduled by the air carrier, its agent, the tour operator or the airport operator;
  • If no time is specified, Regulation 1107/2006 states at least one hour before the scheduled departure time.

On reaching a specified location within the airport perimeter (car park, totems, information office), a PRM must arrive:

  • At the time specified and scheduled by the air carrier, its agent, the tour operator or the airport operator;
  • If no time is specified, Regulation 1107/2006 states at least two hours before the scheduled departure time.
