Passengers' bill of rights

"The European Union has set as one of its priorities the affirmation of passenger rights, their strengthening and their active knowledge. It has therefore extended an invitation to all EU countries in order to activate an information network on the prerogatives and rules, the observance of which is a key element in achieving high levels of quality of service in air transport."
