SACBO - BIS - INTERCULTURA SCHOLARCHIPS ARE ASSIGNED

The executive offices of SACBO were the location for the presenting of the scholarships for high-school students funded by SACBO and BIS in collaboration with Intercultura and the BergamoTerritorial Scholastic Department.

The project, now in its sixth season and related to the 2023-2024 school year, has seen the assigning of 3 BGY International Services scholarships to students taking part in the CrossDisciplinary Orientation Course (previously the work experience project) regarding the providing of assistance to passengers in the airport: Victoria Boselli (the Falcone Institute, Bergamo), Emanuele Ferrari (the Maxwell Institute, Milan) and Rosella Mazzola (the Vittorio Emanuele II Institute, Bergamo).

Three scholarships dedicated to children of SACBO staff were awarded to Marlene Badalucco (the Caniana Institute, Bergamo), Luna Facheris (the Giacomo e Pio Manzù Institute, Bergamo) and Giovanni Pizzaballa (the Don Lorenzo Milani Institute, Romano di Lombardia). The six students will spend a study holiday in Ireland, departing from Bergamo Airport to Dublin on 23 July, to return on 18 August, after having visited the Ryanair headquarters.

The scholarship presentation ceremony saw the presence of Emilio Bellingardi, the Managing Director of SACBO, Amelia Corti, the CEO of BGY International Services, Roberto Rampinelli, the Director of Human Resources for SACBO, and Mietta Rodeschini, representing Intercultura.
