Lost property

If you lose an object at the airport, you can contact the LOST&FOUND office, which deals with lost properties too. You can find this office in arrivals/baggage claim area.

You can get in touch with the LOST&FOUND office also by filling out the form attached and by describing your lost object’s features. This procedure is available from 24 hours after the loss of your item because it is possible that it hasn’t reached our warehouse yet.

The delivery of the objects takes place at the LOST&FOUND office from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

We kindly invite you to take the necessary time to carefully fill out the following lost item report form, providing precise and detailed information about all aspects required to identify your item.
