Baggage Claim

Consult this section ONLY IF you already have the application number (“INTERNET AND CALL NUMBER”) issued at Milan Bergamo Airport.

• the lost & found offices and SELF KIOSK stations are located in the baggage claim area;

• you will be issued the PIR (Property Irregular Report) form with an “INTERNET AND CALL NUMBER” to follow your case;

• in case of discovery, you will be contacted within 5 days, after which you will have to contact the airline.
