Damaged Luggage
Dear customer,
anything that happens to baggage is the responsibility of the airline.
Always keep your tickets and vouchers for your baggage.
Passengers are responsible for checking the state of their suitcases delivered to them.
If, on your arrival, you notice your baggage has been damaged:
- do not leave the baggage claim hall;
- go to the Lost&Found Office in the baggage claim hall;
- file a damaged baggage report, with which you can request compensation from the airline, if applicable;
If you need to know the status of your damaged baggage report, contact your airline.
If you leave the baggage claim area, you can no longer file a damaged baggage report.
In this case, contact your airline directly to check whether you can file a damaged baggage report belatedly.
